One more week of college football

Oh, with all of my disturbing election blogs, I have neglected my post on college football.

This past weekend was Rivalry weekend in College football and here are some observations:

1) It is easy to create stadium seating on the condo balcony, angle the bedroom TV and watch the games and the beach simultaneously. What a life !

2) The Big12 only plays offensive. Watching OU and OSU showed many open receivers and explained the 61-41 score .... its all about the run and not the block, clearly.

3) With the Oregon St lose it allows a glimmer of a chance for USC to still make a BCS Bowl or a title game ... OH NO THEY DON'T.

4) Clearly LSU offensive and defensive showed up to play the backyard Turkey Bowl and not an SEC Game ... judging by the penalties. Must we push players and kick the ball after the play is over.

5) The weekend of Acceptance: I accept that LSU is playing with two Freshman QB's and am grateful for whatever bowl we get.

I accept that Alabama SHOULD BE undefeated since they are paying $4 mil for their coach.

6) I am sad to see Sylvester Croom at MS State resign, he put together a good defense but had no offense and plays in a tough conference .... Hats off to him.

7) The Big10 regular season is over again and everyone else has two more weeks. Northern Muscles are getting cold (pardon the pun) while everyone else stays hot. At some point, someone will realize this is not an advantage.

My BCS predictions on 12/1.

NC Game: Florida-OU *Gator stomp*

Orange: Boston College-Cincinnati *can skip it, snoozefest*

Sugar: Alabama- Utah *bore*

Fiesta: Texas- Boise State *Can Boise State beat Texas like OU,maybe some interest*

Rose: USC- Penn State *in the silver spoon up their a** bowl*

Cotton: Ole Miss - Texas Tech
Capitol One: UGA- OH State

Missouri - MI State in some bowl maybe, Outback ?

IMHO Who should play who for the best matchup:

Fla-USC

Texas-Alabama

Penn State - OU

UGA- OH State still in the Capitol One

Texas Tech - Michigan State in some ancillary bowl

Boise State - Boston College

Utah - Cincinnati

TCU - Ball State

OK State - GA Tech

Oregon - Missouri

Ole Miss - Northwestern

Oregon State - Pittsburgh
