Responsible

I heard an announcer say on CNN today that pregnancy/abortion/adoption is a personal matter and a personal choice of the woman and the family.  Yes, this is true.  This should not be a government matter.
However, when you are spending government funds for such matters, it becomes a government issue.
Especially when a government is in the red.

If you want to have an abortion, it's on your own conscience but perhaps you should pay for it.
You after all did the action that lead to the decision knowing the potential consequences.
Face the responsibility or get out of it yourself.
If you cannot afford kids or cannot afford an adoption, once again face the responsibility.
If your16 and cannot afford a baby, you should not be dropping your pants because actions have consequences and do the action when your grown up enough to take what comes at you.

Make a responsible choice.

It's a baby when you want it to be.  It's also a baby when you are not ready for it.

Perhaps Planned Parenthood can do fundraising like Susan G Komen and do walks and runs for fund raising.  Oh wait, not many people will admit  publicly in a walk and solicate donations for their cause.
If meat is murder and PETA fights for animal rights, why can't the same folks respect human life.

It just seems so simple to me.
