Prayer on Moving Away

I have had a prayer since college called, Prayer on Moving Away.
Tomorrow I am moving into my third apartment in Chicago and moving is always an ordeal, a pain and a worry. The apartment is much like the others but it is closer to Wrigley Field.  I hope this turns out okay.

Here is the prayer:

God, Our refuge always, our home is in you.
May this place where we have  lived and found joys and sorrows
be filled with blessings for those who follow us here.

Protect us on our way, lead us to strength of good friends,
help us to be a home to one another all our lives until we come home to you.
